YATES CENTER, Kan. — Yates Center Police are asking for your help in locating a 15-year-old girl who was reported missing early this morning.
Assistant Police Chief Vinson Baker said Lia Renee Seely was last seen Sunday evening at approximately 8 PM Sunday, and at that time she was wearing a dark teal sweat shirt and gray sweat pants. Lia, who has blonde hair, hazel eyes and piercings on both sides of her nose, had ties to the Chanute, Alma and Parsons areas.
