Save the date for a little holiday magic! The annual Light Up Hutch Downtown Christmas Parade and Festival returns Saturday, December 5!

Light Up Hutch Christmas Parade

REQUIREMENTS:

All floats must be completely lit on both sides, with own power source.
Float number must be visible on driver side for parade judges.
Floats must not exceed 65 feet in length, 8 feet in width, and 14 feet in height.
It is recommended that each float towing vehicle have a minimum 2A 10bc Fire extinguisher.
All marching groups, vehicles, and horses must display lights as as well.
An official Santa Claus and/or Mrs. Claus will be provided by parade organizers. No other Santa or Mrs. Claus will be allowed in the parade.
No smoking allowed on floats, in the staging area, or along the parade route by participants.
Absolutely no items may be thrown from any float. You may have a designated person or persons to walk along the parade route to hand out candy, prizes etc.
All participants and those assisting with floats will honor and comply with instructions, especially regarding vehicles inside the parade staging area.
Those that do not comply with all regulations may not be permitted to participate next year.
There will be designated staff at the event to assist you with questions.
