HESSTON, Kan. – The McPherson girls golf team competed at the Buhler Varsity Invitational on Friday. Against a tough field, the Bullpups finished 8th out of 19 teams.
Augusta took the team title by 20 strokes at 306 ahead of Buhler with 326. McPherson finished with a team score of 369.
In a field of 104 golfers, the top finisher for McPherson was Lleyton Kuhn in 29th with an 89. Amelia Moody finished 33rd at 90 and Pera Bauer was 43rd with a 93. Ari Prose (96), Addie French (100) and Abby Schieferecke (107) rounded out the McPherson team.
