LYONS, Kan. – Thursday afternoon/early evening Lyons Fire Dept was paged to the area of the Celebration Centre for a semi truck that was hauling hedge posts that were on fire on the trailer.
Embers from the trailer had ingnited several spot fires from the Windom area to Lyons along 56 highway. Multiple stations were paged to assist with the dry and hot conditions.
