A 35-year-old man from Salina, Kurt Cibolski, has been arrested for child endangerment.
Police say they found two children standing alone in the street in the 700 block of North Osage while responding to a call Wednesday morning. The children, a boy and a girl, were wearing only diapers and had no adult with them.
Officers placed the children in the care of a family member.
