Salina Police arrested a man after he allegedly threatened to burn down a house with everyone inside.
Police Captain Jim Feldman tells Ad Astra News that officers on Monday afternoon responded to a home in south central Salina after two women were threatened.
Police say 48-year-old Nicholas Bryan , came to their home looking for someone he knew. According to the women, Bryan began kicking the front door, causing damage as he tried to get the person to answer.
When no one came to the door, the women said Bryan threatened to burn the house down with everyone inside. Officers arrived while Bryan was still at the scene and took him into custody without incident.
Bryan was booked into the Saline County Jail and faces charges that could include criminal threat and damage to property.
