Seven graduates crossed the Allen County District Courtroom Thursday as the 31st Judicial District Recovery Court celebrated its latest class. The milestone marked months of sobriety and progress for the group. The guest speaker was Carl Seeley, who became the program’s first alumnus to join the recovery court team.
