IOLA — Iola’s Farm City Days will return Oct. 16–17 with a “Rock Around the Clock” theme and two days of activities celebrating agriculture, community and local heritage.
Friday’s festivities include a community dinner and children’s pedal tractor pull hosted by Farm Bureau. A&W will provide root beer, and Allen County Regional Hospital will provide ice cream. DJ music, family games and inflatable races for all ages will round out the evening.
Saturday’s activities include a 6K race and walk, craft and other vendors, live entertainment, a parade and a car show on the courthouse lawn. Families can also enjoy inflatables and a children’s mini-medallion hunt, while a cornhole tournament adds to the day’s lineup. The celebration continues Saturday night with the Bull Bash at the Allen County Fairgrounds.
