A man is dead and another is in custody after a shooting at a home in Parsons on Wednesday.
Police identified the victim as 35-year-old Gabriel Kaine Duncan. Officers arrested 27-year-old Billy Ray Duncan, who lived at the same address, on suspicion of homicide.
The Labette County Attorney’s Office will decide if formal charges will be filed.
