McPherson city staff recently took part in two leadership opportunities aimed at professional development.
Staff from the Convention and Visitors Bureau and Public Lands and Facilities Department attended a women’s leadership summit at Botanica Wichita, focused on helping professionals grow in their roles.
Meanwhile, Community Information Officer Nick McQueen and Public Works Director Eric Duerksen attended a McPherson Chamber luncheon on overcoming imposter syndrome.
