The Chamber, along with Lisa Thimmesch, owner and founder of LASTing Coach & Consulting, are serving up a heaping helping of leadership development in our first-ever Leadership Lunchroom. Lisa will help you elevate your professional confidence with a focused one‑hour session designed to help understand and overcome Imposter Syndrome in the workplace.
This interactive presentation explores what Imposter Syndrome is, how it commonly appears in professional settings, and the practical steps you can take to move past self‑doubt and perform at your best. Through guided activities, and peer discussion, participants will examine their own experiences and identify concrete action to strengthen their sense of capability and belonging. Additionally, each participant will be encouraged to identify one action they will take to overcome Imposter Syndrome.
If you’re ready to lead with clarity, own your expertise, and show up with greater confidence, this session offers a meaningful place to start.
This workshop will be held August 25th from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at The Cedars Conference Center at 1021 Cedars Drive. The cost for the event is $35 for Leadership McPherson Alumni and $45 for all others. Lunch will be provided.
