HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Randy Parks has officially announced that he is running for the Kansas House of Representatives in District 104.

Parks opened his announcement by expressing deep appreciation for Representative Paul Waggoner’s eight years of service.
“I am truly grateful for the eight years of service from Representative Paul Waggoner and the great job he has done. He will be missed.”
A Commitment to Sensible, Responsible Leadership
Parks stated that he is running because he believes Kansans deserve leadership grounded in common sense, responsibility, and respect for the people of the district.
His priorities include:
- Pursuing practical tax relief for Kansas families while working to reduce unnecessary state spending.
- Strengthening Kansas schools so every child has the opportunity to succeed.
- Removing burdensome rules and regulations that hold back families, farmers, and small businesses.
“I will work diligently for the people of District 104,” Parks said. “I will always defend your rights, listen to your concerns, and ensure your voice is the one that matters most.”
Standing Firm on Kansas Values
Parks emphasized his commitment to upholding the Constitution and the values Kansans expect from their elected officials.
“I will remain steadfast in upholding the Constitution and the values that Kansans expect and deserve from their elected officials,” he said.
A Call for Support
Parks concluded his announcement by asking for the support of voters in District 104.
“I’m asking for your support and your vote for the Kansas House of Representatives, District 104.”
