EL DORADO, Kan. – McPherson High School’s Varsity Boys Golf team played in its first meet of the 2026 season on Monday, April 6, placing second in the El Dorado Invitational.
Circle won the invite by just eight strokes, as they had the top two finishers individually. Cole Cooper finished 3rd individually with a score of 76 (5 over par). Paxton Ingels and Hudson Krebhiel tied for 4th at 78.
Drake Timson finished strong as well, tying for 14th with a score of 85. Teigan Younger placed T-16 (86) and Hunter Vogelsberg T-19 (87).
McPherson will play in their home invitational on Friday, April 10, at Turkey Creek Golf Course in McPherson.
