The Hoisington Winter Jam games will be played Thursday and Friday because of possible inclement weather moving into Kansas this weekend.
“We are trying to stay on top of this crazy weather forecast,” said Hoisngton High School athletic director Craig Fletchall. “We were hoping to move up games a day earlier, but lack of officials and middle school space is not allowing this to happen.
At this time, we are only making one change. Friday’s scheduled semifinal boys game between Pratt and Reno County will now be moved up to tomorrow (Thursday) at 8 p.m.
“We are hoping we can get all other Friday scheduled games in before the snow hits. Ideally we might move Friday’s games up a couple of hours, but we aren’t making that call today.”
