Cheney shut out Hoisington 27-0 in a non-league football game Friday night at Hoisington.
Cheney led 6-0 at halftime and added three second-half touchdowns.
Cheney quarterback Holden Farralez threw connected on three TD passes — Sam Johnson 54 yards, Colton Young 25 yards and Wade Thomas 90 yards.
Cheney improved to 3-0 and Hoisington dropped to 1-2. Hoisington hosts Nickerson next Friday and Cheney plays at Clearwater.
