The American Discovery Relay is coming through McPherson Monday morning as part of a nationwide journey celebrating America’s 250th birthday.
A copy of the Declaration of Independence is being carried across Kansas by runners and cyclists. Participants will travel east along First Street from Main Street, starting around 8 a.m., on their way to Maxwell Wildlife Refuge.
Residents are encouraged to line the route and cheer them on. Line First Street from Main Street east beginning around 7:45 a.m. tomorrow.
