The Southeast of Saline boys and Hesston girls captured the varsity team championships at the Southeast of Saline Invitational cross country meet Tuesday at Gypsum.
The Southeast of Saline boys placed first with 42 points, followed by Chapman with 82, Abilene 101, Hesston 107, Smoky Valley 120, Minneapolis 163, Berean Academy 164, Halstead 222, Concordia 230, Salina Sacred Heart 230 and Solomon 265.
The Hesston girls placed first with 40 points, followed by Southeast of Saline 48, Ellsworth 91, Berean Academy 110, Minneapolis 121, Smoky Valley 161, Lincoln 169 and Chapman 171.
