WICHITA, Kansas – The 92nd NBC World Series, powered by Evergy, officially kicks off at Wichita State University’s Eck Stadium this Thursday night. A premier 16-team field of top collegiate and amateur talent from across the country will compete across 10 action-packed days for a national title. The tournament runs from July 23rd through July 31st at Eck Stadium, with the tournament building to a spectacular downtown finale on Championship Night, Saturday, August 1st at Equity Bank Park.
This year’s event builds on the storied history of the National Baseball Congress, balancing premium baseball with community celebrations, special theme nights, and unforgettable fan experiences.

The 92nd NBC World Series features a highly-anticipated lineup of daily community promotions and fan experiences:
- Opening Night (Thursday, July 23rd): Powered by Evergy. Featuring a 6:00 PM doubleheader. The first 1,000 fans through the gate will receive a custom, backflipping Ozzie Smith bobblehead that really spins!
- Military Appreciation Day (Friday, July 24th): Active and retired military personnel receive free admission with a valid ID.
- Alumni Weekend (Friday, July 24th & Saturday, July 25th): Celebrate the legacy of the NBC with former players & coaches at the ballpark.
- Baseball ‘Round the Clock (Saturday, July 25th – Sunday, July 26th): The ultimate baseball marathon! Featuring 11 non-stop continuous games over 33 hours – yes, that means midnight, 3am & 6 am baseball! Special Vintage Base Ball game at 10:00am Sunday with Cowtown’s Vintage Base Ball teams.
- Grassroots Baseball Night (Monday, July 27th)
- Sonic Buyout Day (Tuesday, July 28th): Grab free ticket vouchers ahead of time at local participating Sonic Drive-In locations.
- Midwest Ford Dealers Buyout Day (Wednesday, July 29th): Complimentary general admission ticket vouchers are available at select local Ford locations.
- Heartland Heroes Night (Thursday, July 30th): Honoring local community heroes. All first responders, educators, and healthcare/medical professionals get in FREE by showing their work ID or badge at the box office.
- Aviation Night / Semi-Finals Night (Friday, July 31st): Celebrating Wichita’s aviation heritage alongside high-stakes semi-final matchups. Featuring a spectacular pre-game Stearman flyover, a celebration of the legacy of Wichita’s Rosie the Riveter Connie Palacioz, and hosting Miracle League Night.
- Championship Night (Saturday, August 1st): The tournament moves back to historic downtown Wichita at Equity Bank Park. Featuring a 7:00 PM first pitch, Little League Night, and an incredible post-game fireworks celebration.
