The Buhler cross country teams turned in strong performances Thursday at the Buhler Invitational.
Buhler’s Corbin Starkweather captured first-place medalist honors in the varsity girls 5K with a time of 20 minutes, 14.5 seconds.
Isabella Friesen placed fifth (22:14.2); followed by Isabella Rivera, eighth (22:46.5), Brynlee Adams, 11th (22:55.7); Kambria Brown, 16th (23:16.1); and Hannah Dick, 23rd (23:45)
Ryan Cherry placed third in the varsity boys 5K with a time of 17 minutes, 31.8 seconds.
Christian Vaile placed 28th (19:20.3); Derek Petz, 29th (19:25.9); Noah Napier, 34th (19:32.1); Zayden Mendenhall, 37th (19:39); Graham McCarty, 43rd (20:06); and Logan Johnson, 44th (20:06.1)
