According to the Kansas Highway Patrol 59-year-old Kevin Hooper of Coffeyville died after a semi-truck struck the electric bike he was riding in Montgomery County.
The crash happened Wednesday on U.S. Route 166, when a 2024 Mack semi rear-ended the E-Bike on a bridge.
The truck driver, a 66-year-old man from El Dorado, was not hurt.
