The Kansas State Fair saw its biggest turnout in years, with 330,924 visitors over 10 days in 2026—a 10% jump despite hot weather.
It’s the largest turnout since the fair resumed after its 2020 cancellation. Highlights included a 1,350-pound pumpkin, a massive sand sculpture, hundreds of Grand Drive exhibitors, and a Trace Adkins concert.
The fair awarded $186,000 in premiums and $10,000 in scholarships.
