Central Christian College of Kansas is inviting everyone to campus to attend the dedication of The Sower, a new bronze sculpture and Legacy Garden honoring generations of faith, leadership and service at the College.
Created by nationally recognized sculptor and former Central student John Collier, the five-foot bronze sculpture is inspired by Jesus’ Parable of the Sower. The Legacy Garden honors five individuals whose contributions helped shape Central’s history and features commemorative bricks recognizing alumni, families and friends of the College.
The dedication will take place during Central’s Homecoming festivities on Saturday, November 7th at 9am in front of Science Hall at CCCK.
The dedication celebrates the lasting influence of those who have invested in Central’s students and mission, creating a permanent campus landmark connecting the College’s past with generations still to come.
