SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Tabor Cross Country made the trip to Springfield to compete in the Queen City After Dark on Friday evening. The meet provided the team with an opportunity to get an early look at the KCAC Championship course.
On the women’s side, Julianna Maxfield once again led the charge with the top team finish, running a time of 19:33 on the 5k course. Harper Brickley followed shortly behind, running a time of 20:23, which was her college personal best. Daysha Allison also had herself a solid race, running her personal best time of 22:04.
On the men’s side, Ethan Tolbert led the way, finishing with a time of 20:38 in the 6k race. Wade Ratzlaff broke through for 2nd on the team, with a time of 20:53. Ethan Thompson also posted a strong performance, running a time of 21:03.
The Bluejays return to action this coming Friday at the Warrior Invitational hosted by Sterling College.
