The Buhler High School girls cross country team is ranked first in Kansas Class 4A in the latest coaches poll and the Crusader boys are fourth.
The Kansas Cross County Coaches/Jim Maska Early Season poll was released on Monday.
Berean Academy is ranked first in Kansas Class 2A girls. Hillsboro and Sterling are ranked ninth and 10th.
Southeast of Saline, Hesston, Ellsworth and Cheney are the top four girls teams in Class 3A.
Great Bend and Salina Central are ranked seventh and ninth in Class 5A girls.
The Andale boys are ranked first in Class 4A and McPherson is ranked sixth.
The St. John-Hudson boys are ranked fifth in Class 1A.
Hutchinson Trinity and Moundridge are ranked third and sixth in Class 2A boys.
Southeast of Saline is ranked second in Class 3A.
