2026 KJCCC Football Players of the Week – Week 4

COLBY, Kan. – Leading their teams to wins over Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC) foes last week, Hutchinson Community College football players JB Price and Parker Grizzell, along with Coffeyville Community College’s Sean Oliver, have all been named KJCCC Football Players of the Week for Week 4 of the 2026 season.

JB Price (Hutchinson) – KJCCC Football Offensive Player of the Week
Blue Dragon running back JB Price rushed for career highs of 192 yards and three touchdowns as number two-ranked Hutchinson defeated Garden City 70-0 on Saturday night at Gowans Stadium. Price rushed 15 times for 192 yards, averaging 12.8 yards per carry. The sophomore had touchdown runs of 33, 3, and 13 yards as Hutchinson rushed for 415 yards against the Broncbusters. Price’s long run was 48 yards, while recording the best single-game rushing performance by a Blue Dragon running back in the past two seasons.

Sean Oliver (Coffeyville) – KJCCC Football Defensive Player of the Week
Oliver continues to be one of the conference’s biggest game-wreckers in 2026, putting together another strong performance in a 31-30 road rivalry win over Independence. The redshirt freshman finished with eight tackles, two tackles for loss, and a clutch fourth-quarter sack in the victory over the Pirates. Through three games, Oliver has 25 tackles and 3.5 sacks to lead the Red Raven defensive line.

Parker Grizzell (Hutchinson) – KJCCC Football Special Teams Player of the Week
For the second time this season, Hutchinson kicker Parker Grizzell kicked 10 PATs in a single game for number two-ranked Hutchinson. The freshman was 10 for 10 on extra-point attempts in the Blue Dragons’ 70-0 victory over Garden City on Saturday at Gowans Stadium, following up his performance from two weeks ago when he tied a Blue Dragon single-game scoring record for kickers with 16 points. Grizzell also handled kickoff duties for Hutchinson, totaling 607 kickoff yards on 11 kickoffs with one touchback.
