Salina, Kan. – The Bethany College Men’s and Women’s Golf team would host their annual Carmichael Cup in Salina, Kan. at the Salina Municipal Golf Course on September 6-7.
As a team, the Swedes placed 9th, but had a very strong result by Aiden Lynch. Lynch placed T–8 overall with a score of 210 (Even) while shooting rounds of 70, 72, and 68, respectively.
Logan Park would shoot a 222 (+12) finishing 33rd. The results of the Swedes got rounded up by Taylor Hardinshooting 231 (+21) placing 46th. Ollie Christopherfinished tied for 47th with a score of 233 (+23). Austin Russ placed 48th shooting 234 (+24).
The B-Team would place 11th with the following results. Leonard Cziesla shooting 225 (+15) finishing 38th. Ernie Dallas placing 43rd after shooting 229 (+19). Tomeco Knowles placing 55th shooting 245 (+35). Simon Harrison shooting 250 (+40) coming in 58th. Nate Nyquist finished in 59th with a total of 262 (+52). Lucas Vogel played as the individual shooting 267 (+57) finishing 60th.
The Women were led by Logan Jakus. Jakus would shoot 172 (+32) finishing 20th. Followed by Annabelle Vanaman shooting 189 (+49) for 30th place and Audrey Allen shooting 197 (+57) 33rd. Ekko Hopkins would round of the result for the Swedes shooting 238 for 43rd. The Swedes would finish in 7th place.
