Randy Phillips (Hutchinson) – KJCCC Football Offensive Player of the Week
Starting quarterback Randy Phillips threw for a career-high four touchdown passes to lead the number two-ranked Blue Dragons to a 76-3 victory over Ellsworth on Saturday in Iowa Falls, Iowa.
