The City of McPherson is preparing a 2027 application for Community Development Block Grant funding that could help eligible homeowners make needed repairs.
If approved, qualifying residents could receive up to $25,000 for improvements such as roofing, windows, siding, plumbing, and electrical work. Residents who pre-apply now may receive priority consideration when funding is awarded.
