A bridge repair project at Delaware Road, also known as Tank Farm Road, and US 169 near Humboldt is scheduled to begin next week.
The project will require staggered closing of entry and exit ramps in two phases. In the first phase, the southbound exit and northbound entrance ramps will be closed, with northbound traffic at Delaware Road Directed south to the 1150 Road interchange north of the Allen/Neosho county line to head north.
In phase two the southbound entrance and northbound exit ramps wil be closed with traffic diverted to the Hawaii Road interchange to proceed south.
The project involves patching and overlay of the concrete bridge deck,m repair of a trench drain, and other work During part of the project shoulders under the bridge will also be closed.
The 626,527.27 project, being done by PBX Corporation of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, is expected to be complete by December, conditions permitting.
