HUTCHINSON, Kan. — StartUp Hutch will host StartUp Pretty Prairie, an entrepreneurship workshop designed to support small business growth in Pretty Prairie and surrounding rural communities, on Wednesday, June 10, from 4:30 to 7:00 PM at the Pretty Prairie City Office/Library, 119 W. Main St.

The workshop is designed for rural and small-town residents who are interested in starting a business or strengthening an existing one.

Participants will explore the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, learn about resources available through StartUp Hutch, and gain insight into how small businesses contribute to and strengthen local economies.

StartUp Hutch’s small-town and rural workshops place a special emphasis on the unique challenges and opportunities faced by rural and small-town business owners. Participants will walk away with practical business knowledge, helpful connections and resources, and a better understanding of the support available for starting or growing a business in Pretty Prairie.
