RICE COUNTY, Kan. — Registered voters in Rice County will receive a Notice of Election in the mail over the next week.

The notice is not required to vote. It is used by the State of Kansas to confirm voter addresses and help keep records up to date before the next election cycle.

The mailing is required to not be forwarded to a new address. If a notice is returned, the Rice County Clerk & Election Office will issue a second notice to confirm the address is no longer correct.

Voters who do not receive a notice should contact or visit the Rice County Clerk & Election Office.

Voters who receive a notice and need to update their information can visit the office to fill out a voter registration card, or, they can also use the website provided by the State of Kansas to enter a new voter registration: https://www.kdor.ks.gov/Apps/VoterReg
