The last of the boil water advisories stemming from a water line break April 18th in Fort Scott has been lifted by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.

The city of Uniontown’s boil advisory was lifted Friday afternoon after lab testing confirmed no evidence of contamination stemming from the break of a major distribution line on Fort Scott’s water system, which supplies Bourbon County Rural Water District 2C, whose advisory was lifted Thursday afternoon.

The water district then serves Uniontown.
