Brentwood, Tenn. The awards were presented during the Evening of Excellence celebration at Diversicare’s 2026 Leadership Summit on February 25, 2026.
The centers honored with the 2025 Award of Excellence are:

- Diversicare of Tylertown (Tylertown, MS)
- Diversicare of Winfield (Winfield, AL)
- Diversicare of Arab (Arab, AL)
- Diversicare of Shelby (Shelby, MS)

The Evening of Excellence celebration brought together Diversicare leaders from across the organization to recognize the remarkable achievements of team members and centers throughout 2025.
