“We are excited to welcome three outstanding leaders to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Hutchinson Board of Directors,” said Lance Patterson, Chief Executive Officer. “Their passion for youth development and commitment to our mission will help us continue creating safe spaces, meaningful opportunities, and brighter futures for the young people we serve. Together, we will continue to make a lasting impact on the lives of the kids who need us most.
Welcome to Our New Board Members
Kylee Stout

Kylee Stout is a passionate advocate for rural Kansas, entrepreneurship, and community development. She currently serves as Business Development Manager at Kansas Farm Bureau, where she leads two statewide initiatives: Shop Kansas Farms, connecting consumers with Kansas growers, and the Rural Kansas Apprenticeship Program, creating workforce pathways in rural communities. Kylee earned her degree in Psychology and Servant Leadership from Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kansas, and began her career at Farm Bureau Financial Services, building a successful insurance practice serving farmers and ranchers.
Kylee’s connection to the Club comes from hearing how friends and colleagues’ children benefited from Club programs. She sees her involvement as a way to ensure the Club continues thriving for all youth—including her own son—as he grows up in the community.
Outside of work, Kylee enjoys camping and fishing at Lake Wilson, exploring craft breweries with her husband Austin, working on puzzles, and spending time with their son. She is actively involved in community volunteering and remains committed to building stronger, more connected Kansas communities.
Oscar Garcia

Oscar Garcia is a Loan Officer with RCB Bank and has more than 15 years of experience in banking. His passion for volunteering began while attending Hutchinson Community College as a “Youthfriend.”
Oscar’s connection to Boys & Girls Clubs of Hutchinson is deeply personal, rooted in seeing friends and family members who are Club kids—including his nephews, who have been long-time, highly active members—and witnessing the lasting impact the Club has had on their lives. As the father of two daughters, he understands the importance of investing in youth to help build a strong future for the Hutchinson community.
Growing up, Oscar played in the local band Eclipse 85, a traditional Mexican band, which taught him the importance of mentorship. As a board member, Oscar hopes to help brainstorm new ideas, spark community interest in the Club, and bring those ideas to life.
In his free time, he enjoys listening to and producing music, attending Blue Dragon football games, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
Andrew Soule

Andrew Soule serves as a Detective Sergeant with the Reno County Sheriff’s Office in Hutchinson, Kansas. He began his career with the Sheriff’s Office in December 2010 and has held several roles within the department.
Andrew became connected to Boys & Girls Clubs of Hutchinson through a partnership with Reno County FOP Lodge #18, which allowed him to meet Club members and Vision Leaders and participate in Family Nights and Youth of the Year events. He looks forward to serving on the Board and helping the Club continue to grow and provide meaningful experiences for youth in the community.
