
LITTLE RIVER, Kan. – Little River High School Football had 19 names listed on the 2025 8-Man DI, District 3 All-District list, announced earlier this week.
Junior Jaren Garrison was named the District MVP, also earning unanimous First Team honors on offense as a running back and on defense as a linebacker. Kelby Rice was named a unanimous First Team offensive lineman. Jaxson Konen was named a First Team defensive back, and Logan Schubert was named to the First Team on Special Teams as a returner.
Konen was named the Second Team QB, joining lineman Bryson Van Eaton, running back Jhet Ewertt, and receivers Blayne Baldetti and Ty Janette on the Second Team on Offense. Defensively, Rice, Van Eaton, and Blayne Baldetti earned Second Team honors on the defensive line. Jhet Ewertt was named a Second Team defensive back.
Schubert was named an Honorable Mention on offense as a running back and on defense as a defensive back. Konen was named an honorable mention on special teams.
Little River’s 2025 season ended with a 9-2 record after falling in Sectionals against Sylvan-Lucas.
