A Cheney man was killed in a Sunday morning crash in far eastern Kingman County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reports 32-year-old Taylor Goldsmith was eastbound on Southeast 20 Street about 3 ½ miles west of Cheney when for unknown reasons it left the road to the left, and rolled an unknown number of times coming to rest on the driver’s side facing north.
Goldsmith, who was wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident was reported just before 7:30 a.m. but it’s not known when the accident occurred, and that is still under investigation.
