STERLING, Kan. (SCWarriors.com) – The Lady Warriors took a loss to one of the top teams in the KCAC on Saturday by score of 7-1. There was a stretch of six minutes where the Warriors had a lapse and gave up five of the seven goals that really made the difference in the game.
Emma Bartha scored the lone Warrior goal on a nice ball from Dakota Reid. Bartha redirected the pass into the back of the net as Sterling avoids the shutout. The goal sets a new career high for Bartha who now has three goals this season, the most of season in Sterling.
