On Saturday mornings, a group of supportive artists meets for ‘Saturday Morning Artists’ at the Hutchinson Art Center. Attendees are welcome to arrive anytime between 9:00 and 11:30 am, bringing art supplies and $8.00 to participate in this event. November dates are November 8, 15, and 22.
The Art Center recruits a sitter/model for the group, so this is the perfect chance to brush up on your figure drawing skills! The group follows a casual ‘come and go’ policy, and there is no instructor or formal instruction process during this group meet-up; instead, there is a supportive environment among a great group of artists.
Saturday Morning Artists can be cancelled during holidays or special occasions, so call ahead to check the schedule at 620.663.1081.
Please note that the Art Center will not provide art supplies; artists are responsible for bringing their own.
