Parma Harris, 100, died Nov. 14, 2025, at Wheatlands Healthcare Center, Kingman.

She was born Nov. 18, 1924 at Aurora, Nebraska, the daughter of Ralph and Emma Smith Donaldson.  A longtime resident of Kingman, she worked in accounting for Production Credit Association.

Parma was a member of the Kingman Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, and the Art Club, all of Kingman; and The Quilter’s Guild of Hutchinson.

On Oct. 7, 1945, she married Ralph Smith in Westphalia, Kansas; he died in December of 1980. On March 6, 1983, she married Loren Harris in Kingman, Kansas; he died May 8, 2003. Survivors include daughter Diane (Earnest) Burditt; brother Duane Smith; daughter-in-law Marcy Smith; step-son Larry (Carmen) Harris; step-daughter Susie (John) Graber; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by son Daryl Smith; brother Leavens Donaldson; and twin sisters Marietta and Henrietta.

Parma was a talented seamstress and painter. She shared her gifts to many of her relatives.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025, at the Kingman Methodist Church. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday, Nov. 21, 2025, at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Turon Cemetery.

Memorials may be made with the Kingman Methodist Church.
