Norma J. Wescott, age 95, passed away on November 15, 2025.
Norma is survived by daughters Peggy Ward, Becky (Monty) Nelson, and Tammy (Harlan) Sloan, daughter-in-law Cheryl Wescott. Grandchildren, Clayton (Laurie) Ward, Suzy Ward, Rod (Lynette) Wescott, Jeff (Stacy) Ward, Brian (Melanie) Ward, Kristi (Adam) Thornton, Robbie Ward, Chad (Courtney) Kline, Ashley (Chris) Forsman, Zach (Brittany) Nelson, Alisha Sloan, Matt (Shannon) Wescott, Brooke (Alisha) Sloan.
Great Grandchildren – Leah Wescott, Kyle Wescott, Abby Forsman, Jack Forsman, Adalynn Ward, Grace Forsman, Brilynn Ward, Brett Ward, Jacob Thornton, Chace Wescott, Owen Kline, L.J. Ward, Maci Thornton, Troy Kline, Jay Forsman, Jaylynn Nelson, Perrie Forsman, Kennedy Kline, Peyton Sloan, Gracelynn Nelson, Quinn Wescott, Brooks Wescott, Emilee and Molly; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Norma is preceded in death by her husband, Howard; Children, Roger Wescott, Vicky Kline, David Wescott; Son-In-Law Bob Ward; and 12 siblings.
Private Family service to be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to Countryside Funeral Home, 101 N. Highland, Chanute, KS 66720. Memorials to Buffalo Methodist Church or ALS, and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
