Linda J. Rolland

Linda Joyce Rolland, born Linda Joyce Pinkston in Independence, Kansas, passed away surrounded by love. She was the cherished daughter of Rex and Ruth Pinkston and their only child-something that shaped the deeply loyal and nurturing heart she carried throughout her life.

Linda made her home in Newton, Kansas, where she built a life centered around family, kindness, and quiet strength. She was the proud mother of three children-Lance Rolland, Rochelle Greve, and Heath Rolland-each of whom reflects the steadiness, compassion, and humor she brought into the world.

Her legacy stretches far beyond her immediate family. Linda was blessed with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, both by blood and through marriage, and she embraced each one with the same warmth and sincerity. To them, she was a constant source of encouragement, comfort, and gentle wisdom.

Those who knew Linda will remember her for the softness of her presence, the steadiness of her love, and the way she created a sense of home wherever she was. She carried her parents' values with her throughout her life and passed them forward through countless family memories.

Linda's family honors her with deep gratitude for the years they were given and the love she gave so freely.

A funeral service will be on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in the chapel at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, 1883 US Highway 54, Iola, Kansas. Burial will follow in Mount Moriah Cemetery, Savonburg, Kansas.
