Levi Aaron NelsonCherryvale, KS

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Levi Aaron Nelson on Monday October 27, 2025, at his home. Born on April 1, 1985, in Independence, Kansas, to Aaron Nelson and Lydia Collins.  Levi's journey through life was marked by his kind heart.

A self-employed individual, Levi dedicated himself to his work. He attended Cherryvale schools. Levi was known for his love of the Raiders, a passion that became a defining part of his personality.

Levi had an innate ability to connect with others; he never met a stranger, and his welcoming nature endeared him to many. His penchant for fixing things and scrapping not only showcased his resourcefulness but also illustrated his willingness to lend a helping hand. Levi particularly enjoyed assisting people, especially children.

He is lovingly survived by his parents, Aaron Nelson and Lydia Collins; his sister, Jessica Collins; and his grandmother, Jeanne Nelson. Each of them holds cherished memories of Levi that will forever be etched in their hearts.

A Celebration of Life service will be held in his honor on Saturday November 15, 2025, at the Cherryvale Presbyterian Church located at 211 South Montgomery Street, Cherryvale, KS 67335, starting at 11:00 AM.
