Registrations are still being taken for the McPherson County All Schools Day Madathon Friday afternoon, May 8th in Linnea Park. Madathon Chair Leslie Buettenbaugh told Ad Astra News registrations for the 5th and 8th Grade events somewhat inspired by a 1970’s TV show are slower than in recent years
While there are a lot of things going on that day, Madathon doesn’t take all that much time. The 5th grade event starts right on the dot at 1 PM and the 5th grade Madathon starts at 3, both events being completed within about two hours, most years usually less.
Teams generally comprise eight members, but Buettenbaugh said they will work around that to make sure everyone that wants to participate can.
