Washington Elementary Pre-K students spent an afternoon at the Music on the Plaza event in McPherson.
Organized by the McPherson Park Department, the gathering gave young children a chance to enjoy a picnic lunch and dance while the McPherson College Jazz Band performed.
The event aimed to let students participate in community activities and enjoy the outdoors.
