Job seekers and those considering a career change will have an opportunity to connect with local employers at the upcoming Humboldt Job Fair on Wednesday, Sept. 23, from 3 to 6 p.m. The event will be held at the Cubs Community Care Center, 1323 Georgia Road in Humboldt.
The job fair will feature employers from Humboldt, Iola and Chanute, giving attendees a chance to explore local employment opportunities and make connections with area businesses.
In addition to meeting employers, attendees can learn about education and training opportunities through Allen Community College, Neosho County Community College and Humboldt Virtual School. A resume clinic will also be available to help job seekers strengthen their application materials.
Those planning to attend are encouraged to pre-register for a chance to win a $30 Our Market gift card. The event aims to connect job seekers with local opportunities while highlighting education and training options available in the area.
