Allen County Property Values Show Signs of Stabilizing After Years of Increases

Property values in Allen County may finally be leveling off after several years of sharp increases. Allen County Appraiser Danielle Louk told the Iola City Council she expects property values to stabilize after three straight years of significant growth. Louk says the county has spent several years catching up with the market and believes valuations have now reached a more stable point.
