The Hutchinson High baseball team was swept Tuesday in a doubleheader at Hobart-Detter Field, as Salina Central left town with 11-0 and 20-6 wins.
Central improved to 17-1 and remained on top of the Class 5A West Regional standings. Hutchinson fell to 2-18.
Friday, the Salthawks will host a triangular against Andale/Garden Plain and Haven. The three teams are coached by the Krol brothers – Adam (Andale/Garden Plain), Mace (Hutchinson) and Noah (Haven).
