The Smoky Valley High School softball team swept Hoisington Thursday at Lindsborg.
Smoky Valley won Game 1 9-7 and Game 2 13-7.
“Another dominant performance in the circle tonight for freshman pitcher Natalee Brown in our wins over Hoisington,” said Smoky Valley coach Nicole Biegert.
“Natalee was absolutely lights out, recording 19 strikeouts and surpassing the 100 strikeout milestone for the season in just 76.2 innings pitched.”
The Smoky Valley team donned glasses with “100” to celebrate Brown reaching the century mark in strikeout.
