Hutchinson CC Sports Information
A pair of golfers from the 2026 Hutchinson Community College men’s golf team were named to the PING NJCAA Division I All-America team.
Sophomores Corey Scullion and Jack Northgraves were named to the PING second-team and honorable mention lists, respectively. The due helped the Blue Dragons win the Jayhawk Conference and Region 6 Tournament championships, finish second in the Central District Championship and place fourth at the NJCAA Division I National Tournament last week in Newton.
This is the eighth-straight season the Blue Dragons have had at least one player on the PING All-America team.
Last week, Grant Hatzenbuhler and Hugo Duquaine were first- and second-team NJCAA All-Americans, respectively after placing third and tying for seventh at the NJCAA Championships.
Scullion had one tournament victory this season, winning the Oakwood Intercollegiate in Enid, Oklahoma. He posted seven Top 5 finishes in his sophomore season with an adjusted scoring average of 70.9.
Scullion was ranked first in the Central Region according to Clippd Scoring and was the No. 8 golfer in the NJCAA. Scullion also earned first-team All-KJCCC and first-team All-Region 6 as well as being a PING all-Central District player.
Northgraves was the Jayhawk Conference Tournament champion in 2026. He has two career victories, also winning the 2024 Bent Tree Intercollegiate.
Northgraves had five Top 5 finishes in 2025-26. He had an adjusted scoring average of 71.6. Northgraves ranked No. 3 in the region and No. 15 in the NJCAA.
