Two Nickerson High School golfers participated in the Kingman Invitational Thursday at the par-72 Eagles Pub and Golf Course in Kingman.
Nickerson did not have enough golfers to earn team scores.
Nickerson’s Aubree Nikkel tied for 23rd place with five other golfers with a 122 score and Jillian Hartman tied for 29th with a 125 score.
Pretty Prairie’s lone entry was Lyndsey Hoyt, who tied for 11th place with a 109 score.
Cheney, which placed six golfers in the top nine and seven in the top 16, dominated the meet with a 385 score. Pratt placed second at 427, followed by Kingman 445, Andale 490 and Medicine Lodge 493.
Cheney’s Raegan Black won first-place medalist honors with a 22-over-par score of 94. She edged out teammate Ella Haar, who placed second at 95.
Cheney’s Ashlynn Satterlee and Emmerson Beasley and Pratt’s Lexi Simmons tied for third with 98s.
Cheney’s Hailey Wells tied for seventh with a 103, followed by Nikki Wright, tied for ninth, 108; Lauren Sanders, 15th, 111; and Katy Wehrman, 16th, 112.
